There are many ways to conduct User Experience Design, but doing it in Agile has unique challenges. For starters, team dynamics can be complicated, especially for companies that have not integrated design into their Agile process. At Martha Stewart, I needed to define the rules of engagement. At the same time, I was evangelizing prototyping. This presentation helped me define a new era of interation design at Martha Stewart.
